Hi, I’m Carina - a doula, hypnobirthing teacher and mum of two, deeply passionate about helping women rediscover their power and birth without fear.
My journey into birth work began with my own. After an ectopic pregnancy and a fear of hospitals that sent my blood pressure soaring, I discovered the life-changing power of the mind. A single meditation calmed my body enough to allow for surgery - and something clicked. I realised: I had more control than I’d ever been told. That was the beginning.
Hypnobirthing changed everything for me. It helped me birth my two babies with confidence, clarity, and trust in my body - and I knew I had to share this with others. I trained, researched endlessly, and never stopped learning. My approach blends evidence-based science with deep mindset work, helping women feel informed, empowered, and wildly capable. I decided to train with “Katharine Graves” the most informed and wonderful hypnobirthing and antenatal practitioner. The diploma I received was accredited by the London college of midwives but the real learning came from my wonderful clients, hearing their beautiful birth stories and watching them enter parenthood with this newfound strength. I am a very lucky woman.

As your doula, I’m here to walk beside you - to create calm, dissolve fear, and help you feel like a true goddess in birth. I will hold space for you to rise - to soften, surrender, and roar, all at once. Think of me as your hype woman and Scouse fairy god mother, armed with birth plans instead of wands, always in your corner, ready to sprinkle calm and raise hell (politely!) if needed to make sure you get the birth you truly deserve.
This work is deeply personal to me, inspired by my incredible Nan who always believed in my calling, and fuelled by the joy of seeing women step into their primal power. Before this, I led shows in the West End - but no standing ovation compares to the magic of witnessing a woman own her birth. This is the most meaningful stage I’ve ever stood on.
