4 x in-person Hypnobirthing Sessions: 2 hours each, tailored to your mindset, your fears, and your goals – blending relaxation, education and deep confidence work. I believe that knowledge is power over here and it’s incredibly eye opening to hear the true statistics surrounding birth.
Ongoing Support from Day One: Unlimited emotional, practical, and educational support via WhatsApp, voice note, and email -whenever you need it, I’m here.
Birth Attendance: I’ll be by your side throughout your birth - whether at home, in hospital, or wherever feels right for you.
Bespoke Relaxation Tools: Custom-written hypnobirthing relaxations, visualisations and meditations to support your specific journey and calm your nervous system to prepare for birth.
Birth Plan Preparation: We’ll create a powerful, informed birth plan together - and I’ll also guide your support partner so they feel confident and calm too.
Natural Remedies & Holistic Comfort: From essential oils to massage techniques and gentle homeopathic suggestions, I bring a toolkit of comfort and calm.
2 Postnatal Visits: In your home, where we can talk through your birth, support your recovery and help you feel seen and held in the fourth trimester.
